Call for Papers: CSC 2011 - The Fifth Annual Myrtle Beach Computer Security Conference will be held in Myrtle Beach, SC on April 14-15, 2011. Participants are encouraged to submit research papers, workshops, tutorials and poster presentations concerning processes, methods, and technologies in all areas of computer and information technology security. Important dates include:

  • Submissions are now being accepted. Please email them to jwstamey@coastal.edu
  • March 1, 2011 - Submission Deadline
  • March 15, 2011 - Final Author Notifications
  • March 25, 2011 - Revised submissions due for Conference Proceedings (Hard Deadline)
  • April 14-15, 2011 - CSC 2009 Conference (All events to be held at Holiday Inn West)
    • WED APR 13, 4:00PM: Opening Reception, Main Lobby (Outside 101 West Lounge)
    • THU APR 14, 8:00AM-5:00PM: Security Industry and Invited Academic Talks
    • THU APR 14, 5:00PM-6:30PM: President's Reception
    • FRI APR 15, 8:30AM-4:00PM: Research Presentations, Panels and Poster Sessions

We will be innovating the submission process as follows: papers will be reviewed as they are received, so that excellent papers can be accepted as early as possible.

Posters by security professionals and students are highly encouraged. Posters will be on display throughout the Conference, along with two sessions where poster authors will be available to discuss their research and projects.
